Very simple in terms of control and game play, but it's so much fun! Love the idea :D

Love the originality and art style :)

However, I do have an issue with the VO's and punctuation... But those are minor compared to the amount of effort and creativity involved in this game. Would love to see it on Steam ;)

My dream is for Desutori to reach Steam, but I've always wanted try to put it up on a few indie stores, if enough people like it. (Wouldn't be the same version of course, maybe an HD remix with at least 2 more worlds).

One of the best shmups I've played on NG. Awesome job on creativity and music composition.

During the first 5 minutes everything in-game can feel a bit overwhelming, but that's until you upgrade the machine guns (the column to the furthest right). After that, the game becomes a walk in the park. There's a lack of variety when it comes to bosses, so now that you mention about a sequel, it'd be great if there were some flying bosses.

Very cute and love the art style of the game :3

I do like what you're trying to do, but really need to focus on the core mechanics first, such as being able to attack, use items and such. Having a tutorial level would be best, just so that the player can get familiar with the game. Definitely need to work on the UI... I would recommend looking at some of the old school side scrolling RPGs for such (i.e. Castlevania 2, Zelda 2).

The art work stands out and I ought to give you props on that. However, the flow of the game with the music doesn't mix well for me. You start off in a cave, so I'd expect the BGM to have an eerie/lonely atmosphere to it. It'd be great if you put in some time to work on the small detail, as well. For example, when the player lands on the ground, have some dust float up for a bit. Or throw in a game reference such as when I get my first sword, the character holds it up like Link would do :)

I gave you 1.5 Stars not because I don't like the game, but because there's so much room for improvement. Hope to see more!

This is nothing more than one of those "games" you see on a advertisement banner. Play the "game" for a while and then take you to a website advertising said product.

Too easy, in all areas of the game. There really isn't a difficulty curve and I can pass each round by simply holding down the mouse button and waving my gun around. What would be great is if you could implement an upgrade system, have the gun overheat if held down too long, more variety of enemies, and change of battle field scenery after every 6 rounds or so.

An interesting game, indeed, but I simply can not get past level 2 due to the bubble not going up.

Have you ever played any of those NES games where you had to have both of your character's legs on the platform in order for them to make it? Yea, this is kinda like that and it gets really annoying (fast) to keep that in mind, and dealing with the motion of starting back at the Main Menu when you die...
